Patê de Cenoura

A cenoura é rica em betacaroteno e esta é uma ótima opcāo para absorver as enzimas e os nutrientes dela.

Ingredientes:

2 cenouras cruas

1/2 copo de água

1 dente de alho

Sal à gosto

Salsinha à gosto (dá um toque especial)

Óleo para dar o ponto (coloquei 120 ml ou meia xícara de chá)

Limão a gosto (coloquei meio suco de limāo)

Modo de Preparo:

Corte a cenoura em cubos pequenos e adicione todos os ingredientes com exceção do óleo no liquidificador. Acrescente óleo aos poucos até ficar na consistência desejada.

Obs.: ele ficara um pouco líquido, este patê nāo fica cremoso, mas fica delicioso.

Você pode servir com torradas caseiras (asse o pāo).
