Molho de Tomate Caseiro

Como fazer um molho de tomate caseiro bem vermelhinho.

Este molho de tomate fica bem encorpado e vermelho. Saboroso e fácil de fazer.


8 tomates grandes e maduros cortado em 4 partes

4 dentes de alho

1 cenoura ou beterraba pequena picada

1 cebola picada

Modo de Preparo:

Coloque todos os ingredientes em uma forma e leve para assar em forno médio. Após 20 minutos, despejar no liquidificador e acrescentar sal, azeite de oliva, manjericāo e cheiro verde.

Somente pulsar e está pronto para servir com o que preferir.

A aparência fica igual à da lata com elefante verde, mas o sabor…hummmm…sem comparações…
