Por que o nosso corpo precisa tanto de uma alimentação saudável e balanceada?

O carboidrato é quem fornece a energia que nosso corpo precisa.

Algumas gorduras são necessárias para o nosso corpo: óleos, encontrados no azeite, nas castanhas, nas nozes, etc.

A famosa proteína é responsável por regular, construir e estruturar o nosso corpo. Essencial para os nossos órgãos, pele e ossos.

As vitaminas, minerais e fibras são os pilares da boa alimentação que fornecem os nutrientes que o nosso corpo precisa para fazer as reações do dia-a-dia.

A mudança de hábito precisa ser permanente, não é uma dieta, é uma reeducação alimentar.

Dicas:

  • Faça três refeições ao dia em horários regulares, com intervalo mínimo de 5hs entre cada uma, no mínimo;
  • Coma devagar e mastigando bem e saboreando os alimentos;
  • Respeite o intervalo de 30 minutos antes ou 2 horas após as refeições;
  • Evite tomar líquidos durante as refeições;
  • Inicie o almoço pela salada crua com temperos naturais como limão, alho, cebola e ervas aromáticas;
  • Não utilize óleo no preparo dos alimentos (nenhum tipo, nem o de Coco);
  • Prefira alimentos integrais;
  • Priorize o consumo de frutas, verduras e legumes;
  • Aprenda a relaxar antes das refeições e evite comer com ansiedade.
